Firmware 3.3.0, ADSL modem code 211801 is the standard firmware for Vigor2820 series. It is suitable for most ISPs in Australia. However, if you encounter instable connection problems you can try other versions listed below. There is no "best" firmware for any particular ISP; unless if we specify so.

Beta Firmware

This latest beta firmware fixed some bugs for 3G connection. This beta firmware should:

(1) Impove the slow download speed issues when Sierra AC880U connects to our Vigor2820 series.
(2) Resolve issues with accessing SSL (https) websites.
(3) Resolve issues with image and data files corruptions.
