I am writing this email to give Draytek some feedback that I hope will find its way to the team that has worked on the Vigor 3910 Router.

I own a small business based out of Melbourne where for the last 5 years we have been doing technical solutions for corporate events, live streaming and networking installations. The other part of the business is rental of audio visual equipment from robotic cameras through to networking hardware.

Well, where do I start. I hope I can put this into perspective for you that in general with all networking hardware, in most cases I’m a huge Cisco fan closely followed by Mikrotik who flies the flag high but since ordering and receiving the 3910 this week I might be converted. :) In such a short time I’ve realised that 3910 is an amazing unit with all the bells and whistles that most networking guys like to have at their fingertips.

Some of the positive things

  1. I’ve never seen a web GUI so fast before.
  2. Everything makes sense out of the box
  3. Up and running easily and faster than other brands
  4. Bandwidth control works quickly and to the variables entered.
  5. It’s super quiet too. Yes!

I hardly ever send emails like this but I just had to let you know that you have a new fan and I will definitely be purchasing some more Draytek products and also spreading the word across my industry about Draytek.

Keep up the great work and I look forward to seeing what you come up with next. Thank you.

To DrayTek Team,

Just a courtesy note to say thank you for getting my Draytek Vigor VAC router up and running for me yesterday. It is truly appreciated as the last three weeks have been very frustrating with iiNet. Please also pass on my thanks to your technician who assisted me with the configuration.

Thanks again.

PETER FROM BONDI

Just wanted to say that the DrayTek Vigor2860Vn-Plus is working fantastic with iinet nbn fttn. 10 times better then their tg-1 modem.

Had morning connection issues with iinets modem and also dropouts.

No issues with the draytek and voip is working great too.

 Thanks

ADRIAN

Your assistance was great and the followup phone call with the offer to assist server setup was nice to get. So your service level was very good.

I managed to get a virtual server setup and a trial VigorACS SI running. I plan on purchasing a VigorACS SI license shortly. So far working very well.

Much appreciated.

Very impressed with the Draytek range, I have over 300 installations with these devices. The local I-Lan team supporting the tech and supply have done a great job keeping up with stock demand. Very helpful.

DrayTek products have carved a niche due to their reliability & superior features. I've been proudly associated since 2019. It's rare to see a business care so passionately about meeting/exceeding customer expectations with exceptional value & service in each interaction.

I started working for DrayTek Australia after a long history of dealing with almost all brands of routers and other networking equipment. I found DrayTek products fill a much-needed niche in between the more generic products on the market and very expensive high-end products. They are of great quality, generally easy to configure and include features you don't usually get otherwise. I also enjoyed the local service available for both tech support and prompt deliveries. Staff were always friendly and easy to deal with so I was proud to become a part of the team.
