VigorIPPBX Training Guide ep. 08

10. Network Operator (Optional)

In some cases, you may wish to direct all incoming calls to be answered by an operator before  they reach any personnel. In this example, we are assigning Ext. 501 (A) as our operator, and changing the settings so that all incoming calls (regardless of their origin) go through the operator as a first point of contact.

Please note that this is an additional (optional) exercise, should you not wish to retain this setting for your business, return all settings as they were in the previous exercise.
